彰化一名18歲少女為了參加餐飲證照考試，106年1月搭乘林姓老師的車輛前往嘉義，但卻被載到林男家中，趁著她無法反抗時，以「活絡筋骨」為由壓制，並強行脫衣吸乳得逞。彰化地院判決，林男犯強制猥褻罪，處有期徒刑8個月。
根據判決書，林男是彰化縣某職業訓練中心的教師，與少女及少女的母親都很熟識，3人更曾一同出遊。林男在106年1月20日載著少女，前往嘉義報名餐飲證照考試，卻藉故回到住處，並趁著對方躺在弧型仰臥起坐板上，頭上腳下難已反抗時，蹲在一旁用手撫摸少女的腋下。
少女雖然出手推擋，並且出聲制止，但是，林男卻側身壓住她，並伸手拉開上衣、背心與胸罩襲胸，更用嘴巴吸吮乳頭。少女趁著林老師站起時，趕緊逃離弧型仰臥起坐板，卻被要求不可以跟媽媽說，她離開後馬上打電話向母親哭訴。
彰化地院法官判決，林男身為少女的老師，不但有損師道，更破壞了少女對他的信任，犯案坦承犯行不諱，判處8月有期徒刑。
